Setup Multiple Users

To create a new identity in Entourage:

1. From the File menu, select Switch Identities.
2. Click Switch when prompted to close all connections and windows for the current indentity.
3. In the Select an Identity dialog window, click New.
4. Type a name for your new identity in the Identity Name box.
5. To select a current identity to use for the new identity click the Base Initial Settings On box, else use the default settings. Click OK.
6. The Set Up Assistant appears. Refer to this page for screenshots.

To switch to your new identity:

1. From the File menu, select Switch Identities.
2. Click Switch when prompted to close all connections and windows for the current indentity.
3. In the Select an Identity dialog window, click the new identity and click OK.
