Eudora Pro - Mail

	SMTP Auth and SSL
	PowerNet Internet email may also be configured for SMTP Authentication and SSL encryption for outgoing email. Please note that SMTP Auth and SSL are optional and are not required to use PowerNet Internet email. For further information and setup instructions, see the links below. NOTE: Please configure SMTP Auth or SSL after first configuring your email program for your PowerNet Internet email. SMTP Authentication SSL Encryption (outgoing) SSL Encryption (incoming)

• Setup Email
• Setup Multiple Users

Open Eudora. Click the Special menu and choose Settings.

Click the Getting Started category on the left.

• In the Username field, enter your email username or PowerNet Internet email address in the format of username@PowerNet Internet.net in lowercase letters.
• Enter your PowerNet Internet mail servers into the Mail Server (incoming mail) and SMTP Server (outgoing mail) boxes. Click here for the list of PowerNet Internet Mail Servers.
• In the Real Name box, enter your name as you would like it to appear when you send mail.
• In the Return Address field, enter your PowerNet Internet email address.

Click the OK button to save your changes and return to Eudora Pro.
